Tool Time At Ten: Cultivating Our Spiritual Awareness

Beginning on July 9th, Cindy Norton leads us on a multi-step journey to cultivate awareness of our spiritual being. Learn to use one or more of the more than 100 facets of our spiritual existence to reveal our innermost being.

Some of those facets include: Honesty, Transience, Adversity, Gratitude, Relationships, Dreams, Alleviating suffering, Animal wisdom, Trust and hope, Element of air, The dance of play, The body, Community, Power, Eroticism, War experience, Creativity and imagination.

Be sure to attend on July 9th so you can create your own personal meditation tool using beads and other materials that will be provided.
