Our Gospel Drag Show is back! Kimora Brooks will be hosting along with some special guests and of course our Fabulous House Cast of Church Ladies!
Admission is Free! Donations and tips go to support our Trans Outreach and Justice Ministries.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 23rd at 7:00 pm! You don't want to miss this!
You remember what it’s like.... You came in the door and the Saints at St. John’s MCC welcomed you with open arms and made you feel like you belonged here. Even though you tried to blend in, they noticed your presence. They started loving you for just who you are from your first time as a guest, and they haven’t stopped.
We do that intentionally at St. John’s MCC. Perhaps you have a passion for making people who have been rejected by others feel right at home.
Learn the secrets about all the ways we do that during a one-hour training session on Sunday, October 27th at 1:30pm. When it’s done, you can decide if you want to be a part of our Welcome Ministry.
Even long-time Welcome Ministry Team members will benefit from this refresher session.
Please RSVP on Facebook. You know you want to help!

EVERYONE – from any faith or no faith background – is welcome to this annual event.
As people of all faith traditions who fully affirm lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals, we recognize that our support at this moment must be evermore important and visible as LGBTQ hostility in social environments is increasing.
As a show of love, support and our desire to promote peace in the lived experience of our LGBTQ families, affirming congregations and clergy across the Triangle region are hosting the first annual Interfaith Pride Service to kick off Pride Week in North Carolina.
We invite you to come and join in this remarkable event and hear from community and faith leaders.
