The Love Is a Choice book study continued on Friday, March 13 with the group continuing to work through chapter 5 of the workbook. This was a powerful chapter dealing with anger and recognizing healthy and unhealthy patterns with anger. Chapter 5 helped us realize that anger is not a bad feeling. It is a feeling that gives warning that something is wrong and if used and handled properly, anger is part of beinga healthy person. This chapter was so meaningful for so many of us that we dove in deep and really worked through the lessons and activities of the chapter.

This means the next meeting for the Love Is a Choice book study will focus on chapters 6 and 7 in the workbook. The next meeting will be on Friday, March 27 at 7:00 pm in the downstairs classroom. We still have a few books and workbooks available if you are interested in joining us. If you have a copy of the book and haven't been able to join us in a few sessions, you are always welcome to step back in. The book study is open to all who would like a safe space to learn and grow into healthy relationships with those around us.
