Take the Journey with Jesus

Our observance of the last supper that Jesus shared with the disciples will begin at 7:00 on this Thursday evening. Join us for a period of reflection when we will feel how much Jesus’ loved us as he prepared himself and his disciples for what was to come.
During that last supper, Jesus did an amazing thing. Instead of allowing himself to be honored and anointed as he had been when Mary, Martha’s sister, honored him in Bethany, he drew a bowl of water and washed each of his friends’ feet. He did this even though he knew that his upcoming journey would be taken alone. None of his disciples would even acknowledge they knew him a day later.
Through his actions, he showed us what it means to love each other. Come. Share the meal that started our most beloved tradition.
